Saddle Mountain offers a dormitory style housing for gentlemen. This is a true non-coed dormitory with each guest having their own room, but share the large shower and bathroom area. Each room contains a table, 2 chairs, small refrigerator, microwave, cabinet for the appliances, an extra-long twin bed with mattress and mattress cover. There is also a bedside table and table lamp, a wall mirror, and a clothes rack.
Rooms are available on a monthly basis, and monthly rent is $800. Rental rate includes all utilities. A $200 deposit, is required and refunded if the room is left as it was found. There will also be a one-time cleaning fee of $50. A $10 key deposit will be refunded when the key is returned.
