Every site is full hookup, on a graded desert lot with room for your rig and your vehicle. Electricity is metered separately rather than included in the site rate.

The office is open Monday through Friday. From September through April, hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. From May through August, hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you arrive after hours, you can check yourself in at the self check-in desk next to the office front door.

Check-out is 11:00 a.m. If you arrive after the office has closed, use the self check-in desk next to the office front door. The instructions are posted there, and available sites are listed on the board at the desk. Fill out one of the envelopes with your information and put your payment in the slot on the wall. We accept checks, money orders and credit cards.

RV sites take a $200 deposit, which is refunded when you close out your stay. If you cancel your reservation, the deposit is not refunded. Dorm rooms have their own deposit terms, covered under The Dorms below.

Yes. We have six park models for rent, with a three-month minimum stay. Call the office at (480) 409-8881 for availability and rates.

Not at the moment. There are currently no homes for sale at Saddle Mountain RV Park, but our six park models are available to rent.

The park has two identical dorm buildings near the office at the entrance. Rooms are rented one at a time, by the month, and every room is the same. Each guest has a private room and shares a large shower and bathroom area.

Each room has an extra-long twin bed with a mattress and mattress cover, a table and two chairs, a small refrigerator and a microwave with a cabinet for both, a bedside table and lamp, a wall mirror and a clothes rack.

Rooms are $800 a month, with all utilities included. There is a $200 deposit, refunded if the room is left as it was found, a one-time $50 cleaning fee, and a $10 key deposit that is refunded when you return the key. Call the office at (480) 409-8881 for availability.

A swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a basketball court, a putting green, shuffleboard, bocce and horseshoes, a community center with a library, a separate fitness center, two gazebos, picnic areas, two dog runs, laundry, showers and restrooms. There is also propane on site.

Yes, for park guests only. We do not rent storage to the public. Yard storage is $50 a month and there is indoor storage on site. RV storage is $100 a month and is for returning customers only.

Yes. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and vicious breeds are not permitted. There are two fenced dog runs on site. If you are not sure about your pet, call the office at (480) 409-8881 before you book.

Saddle Mountain itself is right there, with hiking and rock hunting in the desert around it. Buckeye is the nearest town of any size for shopping, groceries and dining, and Verrado is a little further east.
