Reservation Deposits & Policies
Call the office at (480) 409-8881 or email Saddlemt@atiaz.com to reserve. We will confirm availability for your dates.
- RV sites take a $200 deposit, refunded when you close out your stay.
- If you cancel your reservation, the deposit is not refunded.
- Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
- Arriving after hours? Use the self check-in desk next to the office front door. Available sites are listed on the board, and payment goes in the slot on the wall: check, money order or credit card.
- A maximum of two pets is allowed, and vicious breeds are not permitted.
- Electricity is metered separately at $0.21 per kWh plus tax.
No RV? Rent a park model.
We rent six park models right here in the park, with a three-month minimum stay. Call the office for availability and rates.

The park has two identical dorm buildings near the office at the entrance. Rooms are rented one at a time, by the month, and every room is the same. Each guest has a private room and shares a large shower and bathroom area.
- All utilities included
- $200 deposit, refunded if the room is left as it was found
- One-time $50 cleaning fee
- $10 key deposit, refunded when the key is returned
